Dr. Ed Kittenbrink will join us tonight to talk about his specialty. A field of collecting that is growing in interest with stamp collectors.

Jonathan Topper will share the work he is doing with the Cypress Historical Society and their post office archives.

David Willig will be presenting the Postal History of the special WWI War Tax Rate and the changes in stamps needed for the rates.

Dr. Bill Fort will give his usual excellent presention of this diverse issue and its various rates and routes.
